Another cap about St Gwen's Academy, where boys become schoolgirls! (See p-l-richards.deviantart.com/ar…) Like most English boarding schools (male and female), St Gwen's has its own jargon or slang. Some words which Perdita uses:
bril - brilliant, great, cool
lil sis - little sister
decent - good, nice
totes swish - totally cool (swish doesn't have the negative connotations of American 'swish' or 'swishy')
amie - schoolfriend (French)
instruista - (female) teacher (? Spanish)
tres swish - very good, very cool, wonderful (tres - French)
uni - university
